The Expert Team — roles

The roles accountable for building and operating Dossier — the OKF role layer that owner/assignee edges across the knowledge base resolve to. Each role is the durable accountability; its executable form is a subagent in .claude/agents/ (Establish the expert/principal agent team and first skills). We build with the same expert team we model.

Seeded with the roles the agentic board's task atoms and the decision log reference; the rest of the roster (.claude/agents/) is added here as new edges demand it. The two surface owners are now split by surface: the Astro Starlight Engineer owns the retained Astro/Starlight docs surface, and the Principal SvelteKit Engineer owns the new SvelteKit app surface (Migrate chrome-light app surfaces to SvelteKit; docs stay on Astro/Starlight (two apps, one origin)) — sharing the design tokens and KB reader, never forking them. The roster is now complete: every executable agent in .claude/agents/ has a durable accountability atom here — including the Documentation Engineer & Information Architect (docs-as-a-craft / Diátaxis) and the Agentic-Foundation / MCP Engineer (the tenant-scoped GraphRAG agentic foundation, MCP agentic foundation — tenant-scoped GraphRAG over the OKF KB). The sole intentional exception is the recorder, log-auditor — it audits and records the roster rather than belonging to it.
