Principal UX Engineer

Accountable for: the design language and the reading/interaction experience — the index.how polish bar.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend @dossier/design — tokens (single source of truth) and framework-agnostic CSS.
• Design the surfaces that render OKF concepts (badges, provenance, confidence, the board) — accessible, dark-mode-safe, token-driven (no hex literals).
• Set the visual/interaction bar and run design QA.

Decision rights

• Final say on the design system and "how should this look/feel" calls.
