Platform / Runtime Engineer

Accountable for: the runtime that turns the learning loop into a runnable, siloed, resumable system per tenant.

Responsibilities

• Build the @dossier/runtime orchestration + control plane (provision → ingest → extract → OKF → serve).
• Enforce multi-tenant isolation at every read/write/discovery boundary.
• Own CI/CD, hosting, durable scheduling, and Claude Code plugin packaging.

Decision rights

• Owns runtime/provisioning shape and deployment, within the architect's topology.
