Dossier self-loop (the process)

Implemented by scripts/dossier-self-loop.mjs. One run: provision a git-backed tenant seeded with our real board + OKF graph → drain (Agentic-agency runtime topology — compile personas from the OKF graph and activate the reserved BoardWorker over the deterministic spine) → human disposition (Inv 3) → watch ledger → emit the readout artifact. Transport: offline canned session (no network); the live model turn stays opt-in (--agentic-live).
