Satya described the what and the why. He left open the how and the who. Dossier is both.

Our Mission (the twist)

Give every organization a sovereign, compounding learning loop — its institutional memory, owned and portable, that humans curate and agents extend — adopted directly, or delivered through the agencies that already serve them.

Three twists that make it ours:

1. Productized, not bespoke. Satya says every firm must build this. Almost none can. Dossier turns a multi-year internal program into a days-long install. We don't sell a model — we install the loop.
2. Sovereign by open standard. Built on OKF (plain markdown + YAML in the client's own git) — never locked to Google, to us, or to any model. The "company veteran" survives every model swap. Their knowledge, their repo, forever.
3. Agent-native from atom zero. The loop is built by agents, for agents, while humans curate — using Claude's own primitives as the engine. Dossier is itself a learning loop that builds learning loops.

The Wedge — not the gate

Any organization can adopt Dossier directly for itself — the product is the sovereign loop, and it stands on its own. Agencies are the highest-leverage channel, not a gate. A Digital Experience Agency already has the clients, the trust, and the system access, so Dossier makes the agency the general contractor that installs each client's sovereign loop — distribution at scale, with cold-start already solved. Start with the DXA vertical — dogfooded on ourselves — then every vertical, while the front door stays open to any company that wants to run its own.

The Dream (big goal)

A learning loop for every organization on earth — owned by them, not rented from a model.

10-year goal: become the default substrate for institutional memory in the agent era — the operating system on which the long tail of enterprises (the millions who will never build their own frontier lab) own their knowledge, compound their judgment, and capture the upside of AI instead of being commoditized by it. Thousands of sovereign loops — adopted directly and delivered through agencies — none of them locked in.
